Having been a customer of this chain for many years, I've noticed some changes in the service...for better and for worse. When ordering, a complimentary salad is offered to anyone who wants one (good for reducing waste), but there's no dressing or sauce included. This makes for a bland salad. The rest of the meal, aside from smaller portions (though the price remained the same), was fine. Fortunately, the menu offers a wide variety of choices.

We had a DELICIOUS meal, a good atmosphere, and excellent service. We are pleasantly surprised! 👌 They really think things through; for example, the children were served first, after which the adults finally got theirs. Points like that make a night out worthwhile!

Hello Buffalo Grill, the meat is normal though, and much better than some Buffalo Grill restaurants.

Two XXL pork ribs, two 50cl beers
Set menu for years
Why? Simply because it's a pleasant place, one of the few in Oyonnax
Best regards to Pascal and his staff, back again in June 2026 and July 2011

We wanted to eat out on Monday, and it turned out quite a lot of places in Oyonnax were closed. Fortunately, Buffalo Grill was open, so we went inside.
The service was top-notch and the food was very tasty. Great value for money. 👌🏻
The only downside: the hygiene of the high chair. They really need replacing. If we eat here again, I will bring my own high chair.

This is the second year in a row I've gone there during the holidays, and both times it didn't go as planned. The small portion was served 20 minutes before everyone else, and without the full meal. The waitress was awful; apparently it was her first day, but oh well! I don't think I'll be going back next year! Otherwise, the food was very good.

I found the quality disappointing. The meat I ordered was a bit dry, and there was no Prose sauce. My partner had a large American-style cream puff for dessert, which didn't look anything like the picture, and it was missing the peanut butter sauce. It looked appealing in the photo, but it was a bit disappointing on the plate.
