21/02/2026: In the jungle of Asian restaurants offering Japanese cuisine, Dozo easily surpasses the competition. The menu offers a choice of Japanese dishes (sushi, sashimi, and even skewers) as well as Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. I only tried the Japanese dishes, and they were absolutely amazing. The portions are generous, the food is prepared divinely well—go without hesitation, it's fabulous. One small drawback: the daily specials are particularly expensive compared to the dishes on the regular menu or even the set menu.

Eat Salad

21/02/2026: The salads were pretty good overall, despite a few recurring and annoying mistakes. The only downside was the service that day, which was really subpar.
17/02/2026: I eat there every time I'm in Mérignac (very regularly) and the service is always perfect. The staff are very friendly, the ingredients are high quality, and the portions are very generous. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend it! Christophe!
