I recommend it, we ate well despite the slightly slow service.

Bad experience at this Buffalo Grill. The water bottle was disgusting, both inside and out, and the waiter was unpleasant. We were rushed out of our seats before we'd even finished eating; every five minutes they asked if we could have our table cleared. In 20 minutes, it was a quick hello and goodbye—not at all friendly.

Nice place, I recommend it. We ate well and the staff were very friendly.

An excellent place! The dishes are generous, cooked with fresh ingredients, and bursting with flavor. The service is quick, attentive, and friendly. A real treat from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

Before heading back to Brittany after passing through the Paris region, lunchtime with the kids who love fries! A Buffalo Grill on the motorway? Well, that's alright... at least at this one in the Chartres service station. The food is the same as in the chain's restaurants off the motorway, and the prices aren't any higher. The added bonus: they limit the number of people allowed in based on the staff on duty (a barrier prevents entry if there are no more seats).

It's a very comfortable and nice place, toilets and showers are available for free, by the way. I recommend it.

A very warm welcome, quick service, we didn't feel like we were at a rest stop. Everything is set up for stopping with children.

We came with friends last week. I had a small problem, but the very kind head chef came to help us and served us quickly. Overall, a good experience; we'll be back!
