Buffalo Grill sur Clermont-Ferrand

The welcome was excellent, and the waitress with dark hair was very cheerful – well done to her!

I love Buffalo Grill, but I was a little disappointed with this one. We waited ages to be seated because the staff was understaffed. There were two of us, but no one told us we could ask to be seated before all the families waiting, while a couple right after us were seated immediately. The servers were less than friendly. Luckily, some of them made up for it, and we ended up eating well.

As usual, the food was good and plentiful, but the service left much to be desired. We ordered an aperitif, which arrived after the main course—oops, what a shame! First mistake: no carafe of water. We asked for it, and also asked for two extra sauces, which, after a follow-up, arrived only after we'd finished our meat and fries. Again, the young waitress was completely overwhelmed by the service. It's a shame; we'll go to Lempdes next time. It's a bit further, but at least we'll be served properly.

They were too quick to bring the bill without us asking, and didn't even have time to order coffee.

We came with our 22-month-old daughter, and the service was excellent. Our child was served quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is our tenth visit as a family, and frankly, it's excellent. I even consider it one of the best Buffalo Grill locations: the restaurant is very clean, the service is top-notch, and so on. However, having taught management for 15 years, I feel compelled to point out an area for improvement. During our last two or three visits, a manager (wearing a black t-shirt) spoke inappropriately to his colleagues in front of the customers. This made everyone in the dining room uncomfortable, and I can only imagine how the server in question, already very busy, must feel. Furthermore, none of these remarks are constructive; they only serve to demotivate the team. I urge you to pay attention to this. It's essential to remain united and not belittle colleagues in public.

The quality of the food is roughly the same as at other Buffalo Grill restaurants. However, the quality of the welcome, the service, and the management is excellent. I recommend having a manager like the one who was there tonight.

The welcome was good, the wait for our order was a bit long, we were treated to a birthday celebration and so the appropriate song was played at Buffalo Grill, but overall it was acceptable because the meat was good.

A very nice place that looks new and well-decorated compared to some others that could use a refresh. The menus and prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous. Our waitress was very friendly, funny, and welcoming; she played with the children and even smiled! 😉😉 We had a wonderful time during a break on our holiday road trip.
