The service was disastrous and the dishes weren't cooked to order.
However, the food itself was very tasty.
The waitress should have checked more often to ask if we wanted any side dishes (which are unlimited). Champagne wasn't available at the start of service.

As regular Buffalo Grill customers, we recently ate at the La Grand-Croix location and had a great experience.
The service was quick, the portions were decent, and the food was satisfying. But the real highlight was the welcome and service: a friendly, smiling, polite team that was always available. You can tell they're genuinely there to make their customers happy, and that's really appreciated.
A great experience at this Buffalo Grill.

The waitress was alone on duty, yet she was very smiley and attentive.
Her colleagues in the kitchen and at the front of house who helped her were also very smiley and friendly. We had a pleasant time; the food was good. Much encouragement to this team! Very happy to see this chain getting back on its feet.

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was great too.
The service was almost perfect. I'm taking off one star for one reason only. The waitress needs to gain a little more confidence with her tray. She seemed a bit nervous about spilling it when serving. But everything can be learned. She's very willing and very kind. I support her professional development. I never criticize someone who puts in the effort for the well-being of the customers.
The young man was very friendly...
The courtesy of the elderly gentleman at reception was truly excellent and very kind. And, importantly, very professional.
There was very little wait. And the meals arrived right on time and hot. So, thank you. And keep up the good work. I'll be back.
