We had lunch at Buffalo today, a very pleasant experience. Special mention to Stéphanie who was very friendly and attentive to everyone's requests (whipped cream 😉), thank you Stéphanie!

A very good experience at this restaurant. The welcome was warm, and the service was super friendly and quick. Special mention to Badr, the manager, who was really present and attentive. We had a great time. I will gladly return.

We came for lunch today. The food itself was fine: the dishes were good and the price was very reasonable. The welcome we received upon arrival was also perfect. What caused us problems was the service. The waiter who served our table (109) was overly familiar and blasé. He interrupted us several times while we were ordering and added things to our order without informing us that they were extras. First, whipped cream for a dessert, which we noticed and which was eventually removed from the bill, then a drink advertised as included in the children's menu when it wasn't. When we got to the till, we were told we had to pay extra, without really having a choice. The service was really poor: he handed us the cutlery so we had to take it ourselves instead of putting it down, placed the dishes on the table without asking who they were for, didn't clear the plates despite his numerous visits to our table to see if we had finished, used the informal "tu" form, etc. My husband had to go to the bar to ask for a carafe of water because the waiter didn't bring any despite our request. In short, we ate well, but this waiter's professionalism left much to be desired.

Our waitress Stéphanie was very professional, very friendly, and attentive. We'll be back.
