01/07/2026: A warm welcome; we were asked if there was anything special we wanted for our visit. It was our wedding anniversary, and the dishes were marked with hearts on the rims of the plates to reflect this. The service was pleasant, with breaks throughout. And what can we say about the food? Beautiful colors, delicious, the servers were always smiling, and every dish was well described. A lovely time in a cozy setting. We highly recommend L’Epicurien.

03/10/2025: I had a fantastic solo dinner here. The chef/owner was so accommodating and made some great recommendations. I had foie gras to start and asked about what wine pairing to have. He said ideally a sweet wine but since it was a starter I opted for a rosé instead - however, when he brought out the foie gras, he also brought out a little pour of some sweet wine which was a lovely touch! Definitely recommend, it's a little out of the main area but that makes it even better!

11/06/2026: A wonderful discovery yesterday; we were invited. Refined cuisine featuring local ingredients. A very pleasant welcome and service. Quick service. I highly recommend it. We will definitely return when I'm back in the area. Thank you.

03/07/2026: A very good time. Restaurant tucked away in a courtyard, excellent dishes. Surf and turf: sweetbreads, scallops, and fechoulette.

30/06/2026: Excellent, inventive, and refined cuisine. The waiter gave us great wine recommendations. The courtyard is lovely and peaceful, but you have to look for it. Don't hesitate to venture down the corridor of the real estate agency to discover this hidden gem!

The pizzas are delicious, generous, and prepared with care. The dining room is modern, warm, and very pleasant for sharing a good time with friends or family. Right now, take advantage of the Special World Cup Duo Menu: the perfect opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal before or after the matches and experience the competition all the way to the final ⚽🍕 A top-notch team, a very accommodating manager, fast service, and excellent quality. 20/05/2026: The hotel is very well located. It's beautifully decorated with spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom is very large and has a separate shower and bathtub. It's necessary to reserve a parking space in advance if you want to be sure of parking at the hotel.

11/07/2026: For the first time, we ate outside. I was surprised that on such a sweltering evening, there were so few people on the terrace. The food on the €35 set menu (the complete menu without wine and aperitif) was excellent. We'll definitely go back, but you should hurry there because you won't regret it. It's the best place to eat in Gaillac.

I'd even say I'll only go there from now on because we found a quality beer—perhaps too good, as we consumed it without any restraint 😉. So, the beer, the tap, was nice and cold and of high quality, and the staff was very welcoming. Hats off to this small, artisanal, and organic business! We should have many more businesses like this.
