Friendly and very professional staff. From the reception to the waitresses and waitresses, right up to the check-out process. I highly recommend them.

Received in good condition... just a little stingy with the side dishes and not really copious.

We waited 30 minutes for our food after ordering, otherwise it wasn't too bad.

Very good, we booked a table requesting one away from the air conditioning, which was kindly accommodated. The food was good and the service was quick. Thank you to Miguel for his attentiveness and smile.

Meal eaten on Monday, May 25th, for two people. Upon arrival, there were only about ten covers. The manager seated us properly. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't smile at all, and there was no communication from the moment we ordered until our food arrived. We ordered two glasses of wine to accompany our meal, and we waited a very long time for our food (burgers with the meat cooked rare). The meat was cold, and the cheddar cheese wasn't melted. The sauce in the cheddar was practically invisible. I would have liked to complain to the waitress, but she didn't bother to come around to the other tables to ask if everything was alright and if all was well. Admittedly, there were a few more tables, but not all in her section. Besides, the restaurant was far from full. Therefore, we weren't able to order dessert or hot drinks because there were no other customers. We went to pay on our own. I specifically asked about the meat at the register, but received no apologies or comments that led me to believe my complaint would be forwarded to the kitchen. All I got was a simple "Have a good evening anyway..." €21 for a cold burger, or €42 for two, seems unjustified and unacceptable given the quality of the service. As a business owner, and especially a restaurateur, a smile is fundamental to the profession, and in the case of a justified complaint made politely, a simple apology is essential. We come occasionally, but unfortunately, this will be the last time.

Friendly welcome, we were able to bring our small dog. Prices have gone up, like everywhere else. Otherwise, no complaints.

Excellent service from Jose. We had a wonderful meal and we'll be back.
