We often visit this chain with the children when we are on our way to a holiday destination. This specific branch stood out in a positive way in terms of service. Unfortunately, a number of drinks that were on the menu were unavailable, but otherwise the food was fine!
Friendly staff and an overall decent meal.
However, the dessert is the real weak point: a "fruity cream" served in a small water glass, accompanied by a few tasteless pieces of fruit. A real disappointment.
Another drawback: no organic products on the menu. It's high time you made the switch, or you risk going off the rails.
Finally, the last negative point: the presence of dogs at several tables around us. I like animals, but it's quite paradoxical to see some owners annoyed by the noise of children, when the real issue concerns the hygiene of having their pets in a restaurant.
You risk losing more customers than you gain.
