I went there with my dog. The person who served me (Laura) was very pleasant; I had a nice chat with her. It's so nice to go somewhere without just being "a customer"!
And thank you, Laura, for your thoughtful gesture, which you'll surely appreciate. All the best.

This isn't a review of the restaurant, but an observation. I eat at least three times a week at a Buffalo Grill restaurant, and I've noticed in recent days that the avocado toasts are getting smaller and less generous.

Tuesday evening, we were greeted by a pleasant and very efficient waitress…
We had a great time, especially with the mascot; our 4-year-old daughter loved it 🥰
For almost 5 or 6 years, I'd been unhappy with this chain, but the Buffalo Grill in Douai won us over.
However, the rib-eye steaks offered at €19.90 weren't of exceptional quality… I won't complain too much considering the price.
We'll be back to try the rest of the menu.

The Buffalo Grill in Lambres-lez-Douai is a remarkably clean establishment.
The welcome is very friendly.
The waiters are pleasant, smiling, and attentive, doing their best to satisfy your every need.
The complimentary salad (a Buffalo Grill trademark) always makes a good impression.
The food is cooked to perfection.
The quality of the food served seems perfectly in line with the price.
The restrooms are clean. No complaints.
Everything would be perfect if one of the booths at table number 6 in the dining room to the right of the entrance weren't completely worn out. For an establishment of this caliber, this lapse in taste is unacceptable.
