The environment was very noisy, the sirloin steak was served cold, and the Charolais ribeye was overcooked despite being ordered medium-rare. It was still tough, though. The waitress, Gwen, was very friendly but overwhelmed by the customers and workload. It was impossible to create a loyalty account; an error message appeared. We've had better experiences at Buffalo Grill.
