After a most regrettable past experience that had kept me away from your establishment, it was out of necessity that I had the immense privilege of crossing your threshold once again. What a wonderful blessing! From the moment my eyes met those of the exceptional Matea, I knew with certainty that this meal would erase all bad memories. Her welcome was exquisitely courteous, as was my dessert; this copa america brought a smile back to my face after a week of sweltering heat without air conditioning in my Cambrai apartment. Her radiant smile and rare kindness deserved to be praised. In the illustrious company of my dear mother and my beloved half-brother, we shared a moment of indescribable magic and utter refinement. Please believe me when I say that I will return very soon, with the greatest joy, for the immeasurable honor of crossing paths with the admirable Matea once more. A huge and sincere thank you!

It all started with a warm welcome. Our waitress, Matéa, immediately immersed us in the Western atmosphere. She seated us at a sunny table and showed us the restaurant's curtains. She was then very quick to take our orders, always with kindness. She knows the list of sauces by heart, which I find very professional. The meal was good and plentiful, as were the drinks. Matéa has a good memory because often on our previous visits the servers forgot the water carafe, but Matéa brought us two carafes during this heatwave. At the end of the meal, Matéa very kindly cleared our tables and ordered our desserts. She gave me excellent advice on choosing Leslie's brownie, which she particularly likes. She was absolutely right; it was delicious. Saying goodbye was heartbreaking, and I felt a pang of sadness knowing that Matéa wouldn't be serving me dinner that evening. We'll be back soon for the food, but especially for Matéa. P.S.: Matéa is very kind and professional.
