In the perilous mission I set for myself—hitchhiking to Mortagne after 8 p.m.—I had to make a last-minute stop at the Buffalo Grill in Alençon. It was there that I found comfort from the restaurant staff, who welcomed me despite my attire and field gear… You all cheered me up, and I'll never forget that. Some were even worried about my safety. I'm sending this message because I accomplished my mission, just as I'd set it: I arrived home right on time this morning by hitchhiking! Anything is possible when you never give up. A huge thank you to Nolan and Charlotte, who were incredibly supportive. 😉

Thank you to the waitress (the young blonde woman) for her smile and kindness. The meal was decent for this type of establishment. We were less than impressed by the manager's comment, referring to the waitress as a "nice little girl" when she replied that everything was fine.

We arrived around 7:30 pm and received a very warm welcome from Thomas. Emma served us; the service was quick and she was very friendly. The meat was cooked perfectly, nothing to complain about! We will definitely return to this restaurant.

Honestly, not disappointed at all, we were warmly welcomed, the plate was generous, the waiter (Tristan) was top-notch in terms of service and had excellent diction!
