I've eaten many times at Bouillon République in Paris; it's cramped, noisy, and full of complaints about the food. Here, the cuisine is refined and excellent; everything is perfectly balanced. The staff is incredibly attentive, and the food is flawless. The sauces accompanying the dishes are delicious, as are the side dishes, and the cooking is perfect. The chic vintage decor takes you away from the everyday; it's a feast for the eyes. I recommend it 10,000% if you're looking for a family-friendly, romantic setting with beautiful home-style cooking.
