I've eaten many times at Bouillon République in Paris; it's cramped, noisy, and full of complaints about the food. Here, the cuisine is refined and excellent; everything is perfectly balanced. I hope that word of mouth brings you many more happy customers.

The staff is incredibly attentive, and the food is flawless. The sauces accompanying the dishes are delicious, as are the side dishes, and the cooking is perfect. The chic vintage decor takes you away from the everyday; it's a feast for the eyes. I recommend it 10,000% if you're looking for a family-friendly, romantic setting with beautiful home-style cooking. 15/05/2026: We ordered a mixed ashak mantou and a lamb kabili. The lamb kabili was so tender you didn't need a knife to cut it, and the rice with pistachio and cardamom was amazing. As for the mixed ashak mantou, the ravioli were delicious, thanks to the combination of minced meat and carrot sauce. All this for a very reasonable price. It was perfect.
