Fourth time I've been there while traveling, and the fourth time I've had the same experience: the service is good, the food is up to Buffalo Grill standards, but it takes forever... On average, 30-40 minutes to get a simple flank steak. I won't be back because it's always the same thing, which is a shame because the staff is pleasant.

Waitress Anais on April 11, 2026 was unpleasant. It took 3 hours to get two glasses of water, which were brought by another, much more helpful waitress.

Personally, I'm always disappointed the few times I visit this restaurant with my grandchildren. The cocktails aren't very attractive for the price, the burgers arrive cold and we have to ask them to be heated up, and the dessert is nothing special either. The cutlery isn't very clean, and the bill is quite high for the quality, which isn't exceptional.
