22/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at L’Escapade Gourmande restaurant. We had lunch there one day when we were in a particularly tight time, and the entire team was very attentive to our needs. The service was quick, efficient, and perfectly organized, while remaining warm and professional. The dishes were excellent, prepared with high-quality ingredients and served with care. A big thank you to the staff for their responsiveness, kindness, and excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

24/05/2026: My son's wedding in Longeville-en-Barrois We booked several rooms for ourselves and our guests We were very pleasantly surprised!! For a hotel in a small village and at a reasonable price, I 100% recommend it. Clean, well-equipped, comfortable bed, and a very friendly owner! If you need to stay in the area, don't hesitate! Plus, there's parking in front of and behind the hotel. 👍👍👍👍

05/04/2026: The two-meat taco was good, but the panini was disappointing for the price. For €8.50, you get bread, ketchup, a frozen steak, and Gruyère cheese. We were expecting at least some raw vegetables. For two euros less, you can get something better at the bakery across the street. On the other hand, the chef was excellent and very attentive to his customers.

02/06/2026: The restaurant is basic. They're actively asking for a 5-star rating on their website and in their reviews. I think we need to be honest. It's a kind of canteen; it's not bad, but it's not good either. There's no particular effort to support local producers (for example, the salad tastes like a discount store). The decor is like something you'd find at a hardware store. The service is slow and not particularly friendly or welcoming. They seem overwhelmed. So no, it's definitely not a 5; it's definitely at the bottom of the scale.

01/03/2026: A little tip if you ever book: remember to let them know 2 hours in advance if anyone can't make it, otherwise it's an extra €10 per person... and on top of that, you get yelled at in front of everyone! It's completely unprofessional!

Here, you won't find burgers, pizzas, or kebabs… but authentic Chilean cuisine: refined, generous, and bursting with flavor 🌶️🍷 Dishes prepared with passion, authentic tastes, and an atmosphere that transports you for the duration of your meal.

03/06/2026: After cycling 20km in the heat, we were happy to find a shady spot here at 12:30. We felt welcome. The service and food were very good. The lunch menu was high quality, especially the desserts. The prices are fair; you really get good value for your money. The atmosphere is relaxed – tradespeople, city employees, and cyclists on the Meuse Cycle Path. We'd gladly come again. 👍🏻

12/04/2026: We had another wonderful time at Les Épices Curiens. The food is original, delicious, and beautifully presented; the service is efficient and friendly; the atmosphere is pleasant; and the prices are reasonable. Les Épices Curiens is well worth a visit.

23/05/2026: Over two and a half hours for an aperitif, main course, and dessert in a poorly ventilated and very noisy section of the room was unbearable. It was extremely hot, and I had to go outside several times for fresh air. The house aperitif with bergamot? Meh, I tried it, but I didn't like it. Oh well. (It didn't taste like bergamot at all.) The sautéed shrimp turned out to be shrimp in a bland, sweet yellow sauce. The homemade fries were good, but not worth the €19.90 price tag. The balsamic cream on the edges of the plate, which ended up on my fingers, didn't help the overall experience. The much-anticipated dessert arrived: French toast flambéed with rum. I was really looking forward to it... but the brioche was rubbery, the smell of alcohol was overpowering (probably just plain white rum), and the scoop of ice cream on top—I'm still trying to figure out what flavor it was (maybe caramel)—had little bits of ice embedded in it. And caramel on the plate kept sticking to my hands. In short, 0 out of 3. Luckily, the waiter was professional and friendly.
