Burger Bar sur Aix-En-Provence

My favorite burger in Aix-en-Provence! A perfectly risen and light bun, homemade fries, and a tube of mayo and ketchup for the table, just like in an American diner! My steak was perfectly rare, which is rare enough to mention. 10/10!

We went there 3 times during our vacation because we loved the double smash burger so much. Besides that, it's a very nice place to sit!

So, where to begin? We called late (10:20 PM) to ask if it was possible to eat here at the last minute. We were told that the staff was short-staffed (which happens) and that we could eat if we arrived within 30 minutes (understandable and perfectly normal). We arrived on time, and Paul greeted us with a heartfelt thank you for calling ahead, displaying exceptional elegance and a big smile. He thanked us for calling and, even though he was on his break, set the table and took our order. So, we left with a thumbs up! The rest was a breeze. The food was exceptionally good, four burgers, each one as delicious as the last! Quick, efficient, excellent—words fail us! And let's not forget the desserts: the sundae and the crumble. Not a single negative point about this evening! Thank you! Your quality impresses me. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness despite the challenges. I highly recommend it!!

If you're looking for a cool place to relax and enjoy a great burger, this is the place for you. The burgers are delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Perfect if you're coming with friends. It's very close to La Rotonde, so it's ideal for sightseeing.

A lovely restaurant in Aix-en-Provence. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is very good. Reasonable prices: around €13.50 for a classic burger. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The service was quick, no complaints there, but the food itself wasn't really up to par: the meat was way overcooked, there was little flavor, and overall it was quite disappointing.
