SHAMEFUL! The wait was incredibly long this evening. While talking to one of the employees, we learned that there were only two of them to run the entire restaurant. This is simply unacceptable. The responsibility lies absolutely not with the employees, but with management, who chose to leave such a heavy workload to just two people. This type of organization is disrespectful, both to the customers and the staff. On the other hand, a huge congratulations to the two employees who were there this evening. Despite the enormous pressure, they remained professional, efficient, polite, and smiling from beginning to end. They did everything they could in unacceptable working conditions. Thank you for your professionalism and courage. I sincerely hope that management will become aware of the situation and finally give its teams the resources they need to work properly. The employees deserve to be praised, not abandoned. A rant against management but a message of support for employees.

I ordered takeout on the evening of July 14th. I didn't think to check my order because I've never had a problem before. I didn't receive a napkin, balsamic dressing for my small salad, or any salad in my CBK (Cocktail Burger). There were very few people there at that time (6 pm), but the woman packing my order was listening to a conversation between her colleague and another customer (was she perhaps inattentive to my order?). I'm still giving it 3 stars because it's the first time I've been truly disappointed, but I wanted to mention it. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take any pictures at the time.

So, the order for the food service was complete and good, I have no complaints. But is it normal to leave the employees without air conditioning in 35-degree heat? They were sweating profusely and could have fainted in that heat. I can't even imagine how hot it must have been in the kitchen… it was hotter inside than outside. Poor things…

We just got back from Burger King in Kingersheim. There was no air conditioning in the restaurant. It's a disgrace to let these employees work in these conditions. They were exhausted. Plus, it caused a long wait. Despite this, the manager and his team did their best. Hats off to them. I only gave it 3 stars because of the people who work in these conditions.

Hello, I went to Burger King yesterday afternoon around 5:30 PM. Two things made this visit frustrating: - I waited over 15 minutes to receive two trays of churros (one of 6 and one of 20) that we had ordered to go, even though the restaurant was almost empty. - I wanted to buy socks and books, and the employees told me that the button to buy items individually was no longer available. Do you know if it will be reinstated? I really enjoyed buying the toys separately. We don't order enough kids' meals to see all the toys.

I come here often, and I've never been disappointed except for the wait, which I find a bit long (though they don't have many staff, so it's understandable, unfortunately for them...). However, this time... I didn't know the "King Tortilla" was for children: it was no bigger than the palm of my hand, ridiculous... A shame, because it's good!

I think there's a bit of a lack of cheddar on the fries compared to how they used to be. What's going on at Burger King? They used to be much more generous. When you want something greasy, you need greasy food! 😂😂😂
