I recommend it, it was super good!

Once again, items ordered are missing! This is becoming theft. Today, out of 7 meals purchased, 2 are missing. Beyond the blatant theft, so well managed by this chain, meals for two young people were missing. So yes, you should check, but when do you ever have the time? Therefore, I can only encourage you to shop elsewhere because this almost systematic organized theft cannot simply be a mistake.

The men's restrooms were in a very poor state: urine on the floor and overflowing trash cans. This certainly raises questions about the overall hygiene standards, which is a shame for an establishment like Burger King. As things stand, I don't plan on going back.

Still as good as ever, the new table service is top-notch...

The service was excellent. The manager is wonderful and attentive to customers, as are his colleagues who are dedicated to their work. They demonstrate rigor and politeness, which is very pleasant. Thank you, I will be back.

It's Wednesday evening, 9:45 PM. We arrive for takeout and order at the kiosk. We're the only ones ordering; there are three of us adults: my husband, myself, and my son. We have absolutely no intention of lingering. Once our order is ready, my husband asks if we can add an ice cream since the kiosks are off. The two employees present turn to someone who has just arrived and who addresses my husband directly with a categorical "no," without any explanation, then turns on their heel and goes back to what they were doing... But where is the customer service? What did we ask for that was so complicated? Then we're surprised to be verbally abused! Perhaps it was too late, but I don't have to excuse this behavior, which I find disrespectful.
