A 25-minute wait, then our order was lost. Two ice creams arrived... No, they weren't us. Then a beef burger labeled "chicken"... We were told that was normal, well, it was definitely beef... Strange, excellent organization.

Terrible service!! The wait was incredibly long!! No tables!! I asked why, and the cashier replied, "That's just how it is!!" So much for professionalism!! This Burger King's staff training needs a serious overhaul.

Service was fairly satisfactory. The wait for ice cream was too long. The restrooms were often dirty and smelled bad (luckily I rarely use them). Sometimes there were 20-minute waits when I had class right after.
