My experience was rather mixed. The snacks were good, but the burgers were cold with crumbly buns. I also had two oversights and one mistake in my order; I ordered a double steakhouse burger but only received a single one, which didn't seem very fresh.

Terrible service today. Almost no choices left on the menu, and the items listed weren't actually available. The staff was very unpleasant, and the burgers were poorly made and not even what I ordered. Very disappointed with my experience.

One star because it's impossible not to give one!! 7:20 pm Sunday evening, forced to leave without eating because only one kiosk was open and about ten customers were waiting to order! Unacceptable, and when I asked why the kiosks were closed, I was told it was because there weren't many of us! The kiosk system was created precisely to streamline customer flow (you order, you wait in the dining area, and the kitchen can then see all the orders displayed), and it's like this at lunchtime and in the evening! Not recommended! Turnover is clearly not the staff's priority!
