No salad or beef. Only chicken was left. For the sundae, only vanilla or strawberry were available. Napkins, sauces, and part of the order were missing. We had to go ask to get our order complete. The burger was tiny and the fries were undercooked. Other Burger Kings are much better. Disappointed.

04/07/2026: These three stars are for our fifteen years of loyalty to the McDonald's in Beauvais and to the various team members we've seen over the years. We were at the drive-thru when we asked to pay in two installments for reasons that were entirely our own. The employee processed our payment in one go. Fine! But instead of apologizing for her mistake, she casually replied, "We can't split the cards, have a good evening," and turned her back on us in a completely cavalier manner. This particular person's customer service needs improvement.
30/06/2026: I was served by Dylan at the Drive, absolutely top-notch, I look forward to being served by him again. His welcome and professionalism were top-notch, one word: THANK YOU!
