Impressive and very efficient service! Despite the crowd at 1 p.m., my order was ready in just enough time to go to the restroom and grab a coffee.
The fries weren't the best I've had at Burger King, but they were still decent. A minor complaint about the salad, which looked a bit limp and past its prime, although it tasted fine.
Overall, very satisfied, especially with the speed of the service!

The manager yelling at an employee in front of everyone with a shrill voice, repeatedly saying she's going to report him to humiliate him? I've never seen anything like it. It makes me absolutely not want to work in a place where a manager feels entitled to humiliate her colleagues in public. It also reflects badly on the company because it hires people who don't care about the psychological and physical well-being of their employees. Is there a busy period putting pressure on them? That's understandable, or even some difficult customers who think they can get away with anything, but yelling like that is shocking and unacceptable. My support goes out to the employees who suffer this lack of professionalism every day.

Good experience at this Burger King despite the wait due to staff shortages, who did their best to serve everyone as quickly as possible.
Special mention to Valérie, who was always smiling and efficient in keeping the restaurant clean despite the crowds and some rudeness from a few customers.
