0. Friendliness. I'd been waiting for my order for 30 minutes when I went to the restroom and came back to find it had been called. I went to the counter and the person said to me very curtly, "It's been a long time." I told them I'd gone to the restroom and that I'd been waiting a long time too. There really are ways to speak to people. I'm really disappointed, especially since we've been coming every summer for the past three years.

Nothing particularly original for a fast-food chain. The service is friendly and the food is good and efficient. The only downside is the insufficient frequency of table cleaning. You have to ask, and they only clean the table you want, while the others deserve it... Housekeeping needs improvement.

The ice cream machine is still broken, which is a real bummer on the first day of school holidays. The staff always seem overwhelmed even though the restaurant is empty. I also want to point out that most of your staff don't say "hello" to the customers... It's basic manners, and I think, a fundamental aspect of recruitment.
