Burger King sur Strasbourg

I was harassed twice inside by beggars; it was cold and the toilets were really dirty.

The staff are always smiling, which is very pleasant.

I would like to congratulate the entire team and the manager for the exceptional quality of service, especially given the very challenging circumstances at the station this evening (February 4th). A major disruption on the lines led to a very high volume of passengers, with some stressed and even agitated travelers, and some waiting for over two hours. Despite this, the restaurant was full, and there were no issues to report: orders were taken and processed promptly, meals were served hot, the staff were welcoming and smiling despite the stress, tables were cleaned, trash was emptied, the organization was smooth even during the rush. A cohesive and responsive team, and an attentive manager who perfectly organized the trays and takeaway bags as needed. Special mention goes to the employee who took the time to comfort a crying child with his grandmother and find a power outlet for his phone so he could call his mother. A truly kind and thoughtful gesture that deserves to be highlighted. Sincerely, congratulations and thank you to the whole team 👏

Wow, for a Saturday night there were 11 orders ahead of mine and the service was super fast! So happy, hot, delicious, and beautifully presented meal. Top-notch, thank you!

Fresh fries. Hamburger okay, nothing special. It works when you need something quick and predictable.

EXCELLENT! YVES IS LITERALLY THE BEST BK WAITER IN STRASBOURG! He deserves to be ordered from where he works because of his generosity and kindness! We ate very well! However, I don't recommend the tenders with a breading that overpowers the chicken flavor!
