-Overcooked hamburger at the baby steakhouse -No spoon with the ice cream to go -No Sprite or Fanta available; we were served sparkling water instead without warning -Waiter didn't say hello when bringing the tray

For a 24/7 drive-through, it's the best in Alsace, top-notch management and much better than the competitor next door which doesn't serve from 4am to 5am…

I used to go to this Burger King from time to time. It's fast food, so I don't expect anything amazing. But it's convenient, and my child can play in the play area. However, I find that the overall condition and maintenance of the place are deteriorating more and more. In the restroom, the faucet is loose, the seal is nonexistent, and you have to keep your hand on it to get the water to flow; which isn't hygienic. The entire restaurant floor is covered in dust and grime (you can see the marks left by the chair legs when they're moved). And the children's play area certainly hasn't been cleaned and disinfected in a long time: the floor, carpet, walls, and even the red toilet seat are covered in grime, and their surfaces are even a bit sticky... which I find unacceptable and dangerous from a hygiene and hygiene standpoint. Children tend to put their hands in their mouths and press their faces against the walls and carpets.
