Excellent service, nothing to complain about

I have been going there several times a week for a year now and the service, the food and the atmosphere are always top-notch, the restaurant is clean, the staff are very warm and attentive, thank you to the team.

The service was perfect and very fast. The restaurant was very clean. Thank you very much to the Burger King team in Bonneveine.

Every time I forget to remind them to put out cutlery when I get takeout because they never do (it would be useful for fries piled high with cheddar) otherwise the staff are nice

I've been going there several times lately because of my daughter, lol. The evening staff is super friendly, but really, pay attention to the cleanliness; it's awful. The tables and floor are always filthy. Sitting down and eating in an unclean place isn't great. I understand the staff shortage and the customers who don't know how to eat from a tray and don't respect the place, but still, a little effort on the cleanliness of the dining room and terrace would make it much more pleasant for customers. 😁😁😁
