20/05/2026: We went to La Rocha one weekday evening in the pouring Marseille rain. We were the only ones in the restaurant, but we had a wonderful time. The cuisine was high-quality oriental, featuring mezze. A member of the staff prepared the stuffed grape leaves by hand right in front of us. The portions were generous, and the price was more than reasonable for a restaurant at the start of the Corniche. The owner was very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

07/06/2026: Absolutely flawless! We recently dined at this restaurant and frankly, it was a wonderful surprise. The service was truly excellent: friendly, quick, and attentive without being intrusive. As for the food, we have absolutely no complaints – everything was delicious, perfectly spiced (to our taste), and generously portioned. You can taste the fresh ingredients and homemade recipes. A real treat! We'll definitely be back.

21/06/2026: Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I found my vegetarian pad thai bland, and the flan for dessert was just okay. I didn't enjoy it at all. Furthermore, everyone was smoking, using the terrace as an excuse because it's open on the sides. The cigarette smoke really bothered me during the meal. It's a shame because the setting is lovely.

21/05/2026: They didn't refund my deposit, claiming there were more than two of us, which I disagree with because the deposit is meant to cover the cost of replacing something broken by a competitor. We left the room spotless; we even smoked outside so it wouldn't smell in the room. They're clearly after your money; on their website, you can choose to have rose petals put on the bed for €30, but here's a little tip: they already have rose petals in the bar. You can put them there yourself, saving you €30. I find it absurd to charge so much for a service that's already included in the room price.

14/05/2026: We stayed in the Antigua suite and what a change of scenery! The welcome (whether by phone, upon arrival, or during our stay) was fantastic. The young woman (sorry, I don't have her name) was very attentive and concerned about our comfort. The place was impeccably clean, and the heated pool at 35°C was wonderful. Restaurants and the beach are nearby for enjoying the fresh air. We truly had a wonderful time. The place lives up to its promises! Go for it!

09/06/2026: We chose to eat inside, but there is a large outside area. Small, friendly atmosphere. Staff / owner smiling and efficient. Limited menu, a big plus for us! We both chose the vol au vent, which were delicious and filling. So we shared a dessert, that was enough for lunch. Well worth a visit!

30/05/2026: Best Irish pub in Marseille!!! What a great find! Amazing atmosphere, incredible decor, and a super pleasant terrace. Found by pure chance while taking my daughter to Jul's! And I never thought I'd say this, but: "Thank you, Jul!" I've found my haven! And the pulled pork burger!!!! A marvel! And the best team!!! Thanks, guys, for your zest for life!

25/05/2026: I cannot help but express my disappointment when I get served coffee in a paper cup as well as an exquisite pastry on carton! It's also very challenging to eat it with a tiny, weak wooden spoon! I may as well just buy take-out and not take a seat and enjoy a relaxing moment with a good treat. Other than that, the staff was very welcoming.

20/05/2026: I don't mean to be disrespectful to Alexandre Mazzia, but I wanted to share our recent dinner with friends at AM. Every year, we treat ourselves to the great pleasure of experiencing haute French cuisine in the best restaurants while visiting our beautiful country. The AM experience was disconcerting. First, the location and setting didn't live up to the refinement we expect from this type of restaurant (cramped space, appetizers served on inverted glasses, wooden tables, etc.). As for the "journeys" offered, I must say I was completely lost! Too many flavors, and with no real connection between them. While I was won over by some of them, the sweet bites (desserts) completely baffled me! The banana, sweet potato, etc. theme, referencing the chef's African childhood, turned out to be mediocre. Furthermore, I found it utterly inappropriate to offer an optional "cheese" course as an extra charge on top of an already expensive menu! Then, in the middle of your meal, comes the sudden and bitter reminder of the price of this gastronomy! Finally, given the cramped quarters, having to pay your (hefty) bill amidst other customers only reinforces the feeling that this Marseille institution has room for improvement!

18/02/2026: I placed an order worth €50.99 which was never refunded after waiting an hour without receiving it. I tried contacting the company several times, and aside from confirming that it must have closed down without actually shutting down their website, I don't understand what explains this unacceptable lack of professionalism.

07/02/2026: Excellent poké bowls, prepared quickly and 15 minutes before closing time, with a very warm welcome! I recommend it!

03/06/2026: Always a great time at Le Turf! The place is lovely, and Alain's welcome is very warm. The waiters are attentive, and the dishes are simple yet excellent, featuring traditional French cuisine with a few international options. My mother loves to gather us there with her grandchildren on Wednesdays. Remember to book ahead.

21/05/2026: Disappointment A beautiful, very Instagrammable interior, but the restaurant gives a false impression of luxury. Before discussing the food, which is certainly good but not what's advertised on social media (to each their own, of course), the service was mediocre. A waiter spilled a bottle of Coke on me while bringing the drinks, staining the napkin and emptying part of the bottle without replacing the Coke or the (soaked) napkin. As for the food, while not exceptional or very generous, we ate well. A slight disappointment was the sea urchin tarama, which resembled a classic tarama without the intense flavor of the sea urchin. In conclusion, based on this experience, it's a restaurant where the food is good, but the image is quite exaggerated and distorted on social media. I might not go back, but everyone should form their own opinion.
