Unfortunately, the cordon bleu was only half-cooked, and the chicken wasn't cooked through, which wasn't great. Plus, cooked in parchment paper, a good-sized piece of plastic wrap ended up stuck to the chicken on my plate. Not good either...a shame for my first time trying it.
