The chef creates inspired and daring cuisine, where global flavors are expressed with finesse while respecting high-quality local produce. Each dish tells a story, blending creativity, precision, and sincerity with a true sense of balance and flavor. The service mirrors the cuisine: attentive, professional, and above all, warm. The team knows how to create a convivial and relaxed atmosphere without ever sacrificing elegance, making the experience even more enjoyable. A Michelin-starred restaurant that combines excellence, generosity, and authenticity, and leaves you wanting to return.

We came for dinner one evening; the atmosphere was very pleasant, not noisy, and welcoming. Dinner was a delight, we'll definitely be back.

What a pleasure to stay at this establishment! Whether upon arrival, during service, or at the moment of departure, everything is done with a smile and genuine care. You truly feel that the customer is the focus of attention. Finally, young servers who have the enthusiasm and passion for their profession. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. As for the restaurant, I wouldn't presume to contradict the Michelin Guide: everything is perfect!

Dinner on December 31, 2025, without a hotel stay. Subtle menu with surprising flavors. Excellent wine pairing. The temperature in the back room (high ceiling) was a bit chilly! (This may be due to the establishment being closed in the preceding days and the drop in temperatures.)

The welcome was more than warm, with dedication from the managers and staff who put their heart and soul into this family restaurant. As for the meal and service, everything was delicious from beginning to end; they deserve their success!

The establishment is magnificent. It's a real shame there are no vegetarian options on the menu.
