Since 2014, we have followed Christophe Bolis, the talented chef of Café de France, in his inventions which highlight local products and wines. At the top in the dining room thanks to sommelier Ludovic who tirelessly searches for the first vintages of growing estates, and in the pleasant setting of the Caderousse dikes which allow you to have lunch in town (almost) without cars, you let yourself be charmed, surprised, nourished and water. To the rhythm of the holidays and for the pleasure of the taste buds. Christophe, keep hustling and working, we love your cooking and your team so much!

Abbiamo cenato qui venerdì sera, su consiglio del B&b in cui alloggiavamo. Veramente ci ha conquistato l’atmosfera disinvolta e allegra di tutto il personale, nonché dell’ottimo vino suggeritoci e anche della qualità della cena! Lo chef a fine serata è venuto a salutarci e a chiederci se era andato tutto bene! Insomma questo posto ha conquistato il nostro cuore ma di certo, anche il nostro palato!

Yes, there was a very long wait to be served - they were so busy. BUT.... the staff were so nice and the food.... mmmmmm.... what to say about the taste, the textures, the presentation! AND.... three of us are vegetarian, having indicated this beforehand, we were treated to the most delicious three course meal of splendid, tasty, satisfying delight. My family were thrilled. Thanks Christophe and your staff 😍
