An absolutely remarkable experience at Café de France. From the very first bite, the pastis-infused pâté en croûte sets the tone: precision, aromatic finesse, and perfect balance. The meltingly tender and generous pig's trotter gromelski remind us how traditional cuisine can achieve great elegance when mastered. The beef tartare, entirely original in its preparation, surprises with its depth and delicacy. The meat is of exceptional quality, literally melting in your mouth. The sweetbreads, both crispy and tender, are served in a remarkably intense meat jus. Chef Christophe, present in the dining room and attentive, embodies the spirit of the establishment. He takes the time to share his knowledge, offering a taste of his subtle, indulgent, and perfectly balanced Bourbon and Bourbon vanilla crème brûlée, never cloying. The generous and flamboyant crêpe Suzette, prepared to order, concludes the meal with panache. The carefully curated and sophisticated wine selection perfectly complements the cuisine, while the attentive and warm service fully enhances the experience. A restaurant that transcends mere dining: a true gastronomic experience, highly recommended and to be repeated as soon as possible.

A little gem, hidden in Provence. Chic and understated decor. Lovely little terrace. Best côte de bœuf (Abrac) ever. It's like being right there in the meadow. The fries were perfectly cooked in the beef fat. Excellent wine list! A magical crème brûlée. Super friendly, knowledgeable service. ♥️ Thank you very much.

We came to this restaurant yesterday and were delighted because everything was perfect: the location, the interior decor—it's sublime—and the cleanliness was impeccable. A refined restaurant in such a small village is incredible, and how lucky the residents are! The waitress was exceptional, incredibly kind, and the chef came to introduce himself and chat with us—unfortunately, it's very rare these days, and that's precisely what makes all the difference. As for the meal, absolutely nothing to criticize, simply sublime! Thank you for this wonderful time spent with you, and we will definitely be back. My son, who knew the restaurant, introduced me to it because, honestly, I would have walked right past it without even thinking of going in to eat. What a mistake! Not only is the interior beautiful, but the service from the waiter and waitress was outstanding! They were attentive without being intrusive, and you could tell it was genuinely caring. The meal was excellent! The cuisine was exquisite, the flavors blended perfectly, and the wine was excellent… worthy of a gourmet restaurant. Pleasantly surprised, we had a wonderful time together in this place, enjoying a delicious meal—my son, my granddaughter, and I. I highly recommend it. You can go without hesitation. The chef is passionate, and the ingredients are very fresh. Bravo! Not a single flaw! Thank you for spoiling my dog! I will gladly return.

A bit pricey, but very good. The croquettes and crème brûlée are definitely worth trying.
