Since the courtyard was renovated, it's a real pleasure to eat on the terrace at Café de l'Avenir. The welcome is very pleasant, the dishes are fresh, generous, and delicious.

Good experience. The set menu was very reasonably priced: a main course, dessert or cheese, and a quarter-liter of wine. The main course was generous and the dessert was very good. Friendly service.

23/08/2026: I came to eat with my daughter and friends to see the Krys Remi concert, where my husband works. I'm allergic to gluten and lactose, and I was served by a wonderful young man who took my order, taking my allergies into account and saying, "No problem, ma'am," and even came to check on me during our meal. The portions were generous, the food was good, and the staff was very welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

02/03/2026: We haven't had the chance to try the hotel yet, but we've already been to the restaurant at Vallon de Gayet several times as a family and with my brothers. The restaurant is excellent! The quality of the meat is truly outstanding, especially the ribeye steak, which is exceptional. The only slight downside—and perhaps I'm being a bit picky 😅—is that once, I was served the ribeye steak without the marrow bone, whereas on my previous visits it was automatically included. Apparently, you had to ask for it. That said, it was surely just an oversight, because as soon as I mentioned it, it was brought to me immediately. In short: excellent restaurant, very pleasant setting, I highly recommend it!
23/11/2025: Always a pleasure: - wonderful welcome - very quiet - comfortable room - generous and high-quality breakfast - not forgetting the restaurant and its wood-fired meats…😋 In short, I love this hotel and restaurant!
