Café de Paris sur Monteux

A lovely little stop. Clémentine offered us a beautiful platter of charcuterie, cheeses, and tapas... accompanied by glasses of Côtes du Rhône and Vaison la Romaine wines. The welcome, service, and meal are well worth a visit.

After visiting the market in Pernes Les Fontaines and a leisurely stroll through the center of Monteux, we stumbled upon Café de Paris. We hadn't made a reservation, but that wasn't a problem at all—we received a friendly welcome and were able to have dinner for four of us. We first enjoyed an aperitif on the pleasant terrace, followed by a simple but delicious meal. The brochette was perfectly cooked and the fries were wonderfully crispy (not unimportant for Belgians! 😉). Good value and super friendly service. A pleasant, relaxed place where you immediately feel welcome. Definitely recommended if you're in the Monteux area!
