The decoration is very nice and the welcome pleasant. The fact that there is a terrace, a room and a back room gives an advantage to the Café de Paris. We will regret that some days, when the café is open, my cigarette smoke comes to bother you... As for eating there for lunch, the choice is limited but smells homemade. Simple but good. A chic brasserie with good value for money when many café bars and tobacco bars abandon catering! I recommend

The food is good... the staff are friendly

Used to this place, always cheerful and lively, I prefer it to the big restaurants, it's good there, it's cheerful and lively with a very "Paris café" decor. Fast and friendly service, simple and refined cuisine, a thousand BRAVOS.

Equipe au top et carte variée. Le CDP dispose d'une salle privatisable avec formule.

Accueil parfait et service aussi

I mostly appreciated the excellent service, the very friendly and polite (and English speaking!) staff, the cosy environment. The food was of very high quality too, including the kids menu. Importantly the kitchen was open outside the "regular" French hours too which made it very convenient as we arrived late. I highly recommend it if you want a "gourmand" break in the heart of La Varenne, Saint Maur. I will be returning there!

Un bon moment passé dans ce restaurant très agréable avec un menu du jour très attractif . Un cadre sympa et un bon service attentif et dynamique. Q

"la serveuse n'a que deux mains", réponse faite par le serveur lorsque je demande le ketchup et la mayonnaise pour accompagner mon tartare qui finalement arriveront à la fin de mon plat. Petite quantité de frites servie avec la viande. Le service n'est pas à la hauteur, table de 10 servie au coup par coup ! Pas mon meilleur souvenir de restauration !
