I've known this place since childhood, and thanks to Emmanuel, I've rediscovered that special something of a neighborhood bar where you can chat, share, and help each other out. A friendly and unpretentious place. In short, a place where you can relax, find refuge, and chat to forget your everyday worries.

Café de l'opéra

25/07/2026: A restaurant in the heart of Saint-Étienne with a shaded terrace, a refined daily special featuring two fish and two meat dishes accompanied by fresh vegetables from the local farmers' market, a lovely dessert menu, and all at a very reasonable price. A very pleasant family meal. A sixth star for the immediate care of our four-legged companion who was with us. Impeccable service. Thank you for this lunch.
08/07/2026: I was blown away by the warm welcome from the staff at Café de L'Opera; they were truly attentive and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, perfect for an evening with family or friends. The value for money is excellent.

17/07/2026: This fast food place was about to close, but the manager still took the time to make my pizza! Very quick preparation. To top it all off, he decided to offer me a free drink! Special mention for the Bolognese pizza 🍕🍕
