Lovely authentic friendly welcoming Café. We love the atmosphere here and the friendly attentive staff.

We visited twice during our stay in Goudargues and were delighted with our experience at Joël's. I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area. A must-visit if you're looking for a café/restaurant that's not a tourist trap. 😄 We'll definitely be back.

We were here in the afternoon, and when you arrive, you see a large menu displayed. We wanted to order from that, but it appears to be an evening menu. We had a lady who basically helped us well, and we enjoyed our meal. The lady didn't make an effort and only spoke French; that isn't a problem in itself, but the language barrier caused a bit of a struggle. However, when paying inside, a gentleman suddenly spoke fluent English. It would be a good move if this gentleman helped customers who aren't good at French, to make the experience even better.

Delicious food in a peaceful setting with friendly service, we will gladly return :)
