The Manoir de Procé is definitely one of them ✨ I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to the team present on the evening of my birthday. Everything was perfect: from the welcome to the service, including the carefully prepared dishes, everything was of impeccable quality! I felt welcomed, supported, and pampered throughout the evening, just like at home, but in a magical way. You took great care of us, always available, smiling, attentive, and professional. For my birthday celebration, I gathered 45 people in this magnificent setting. All the guests were delighted by the cocktail reception and the high-quality products served. To top it all off, the team, led by Mathys, took great care of us throughout the evening. Thank you for this unforgettable evening, one I will remember for a long time :)

The restaurant was chosen for our civil wedding. The staff was lovely and very professional, and they accommodated our young children's needs by providing a play and sleeping area, and especially by waiting for the parents to return before serving. The meal was very good. The vegetarian options were perfect. A lovely dining room with a touch of character. We highly recommend it. Please note that the upstairs dining rooms are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. A big thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience.

11/10/2025: Without a doubt, having been to several, this is one of the best crêperies in Nantes. A wide selection and impeccable quality. Remember to book.

21/01/2026: If you're visiting Nantes and can only go to a few restaurants, this should be one of them. If you like steak, their onglet de boeuf is the best steak we've ever had, anywhere, of any kind -- I don't care what cut, or if it's slathered in foir gras -- their onglet is our favorite steak, and we don't know why. Everything we've ever tried there (and we go there often and like variety) has exceeded our expectations. Reservations are a must, because we're not the only ones who've discovered this place. Some places excel in either their starters or their desert, but here it's hard to have only one or the other. Their menu, which changes regularly, typically has 3-5 starters, 5-7 mains, and 3-5 deserts, so always a good variety, and always something new. We strongly recommend.
