A truly wonderful experience at Manoir de Procé. The welcome and service were impeccable. The food was flawless, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Special mention goes to the lentil dahl, which was delicious. I highly recommend this place for its ambiance as well as its cuisine!

We don't often leave comments, but I really wanted to thank the Manoir de Procé for hosting my sister's wedding. As her sister and witness, I especially want to thank Dilan (sorry if I've got his name wrong) for his professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and understanding in certain situations. Thank you so much. My thanks also go to the waitress for her gentleness and impeccable service, and thank you to those behind the scenes who create such an explosion of flavor. The wedding meal was delicious from beginning to end. Thank you, thank you! And finally, thank you to the manager of the manor who respected the decor of the room. Thank you all for contributing to my sister's happiness. When I return to Nantes, I will definitely stay at the Manoir de Procé.

The setting is lovely, especially in spring and summer, but that's not saying much given the location. The food is good and the service is pleasant. Just be careful not to come when they have reservations.

We celebrated our wedding lunch at the Manoir de Procé and had a wonderful sunny day, both for us and our guests. A huge thank you to Alex for his advice and attentiveness throughout the planning process. We appreciated the quality of the meal and the impeccable service; the team was incredibly attentive from beginning to end. The setup was perfectly managed, both for the guests' gifts and for our florist, who was able to decorate the tables beautifully. The space reserved for us, both indoors and outdoors, was perfectly chosen. Congratulations to the entire team, as well as the chefs, for this outstanding event.

I tried to replicate the experience to determine if the problem was limited to one day or consistent throughout, because the service is truly appalling: the wait is interminable, you're not served, and you're told to order at the bar. I'm trying to understand the staff's training.

Last Tuesday, February 24, 2026, in Nantes, my partner, our granddaughter (3.5 years old), and I had the great pleasure of having lunch in the dining room of the Manoir de Procé on a sunny day, an added bonus that enhanced the Manor's beautiful green setting. The welcome and service were clear and efficient, without any pressure to buy more. The adult and children's menus were very reasonably priced, refined, and delicious. The setting was pure and relaxing... all the ingredients for a very pleasant family meal. A big thank you to the entire team.
