A small, working-class restaurant where every Wednesday they serve an excellent calf's head. A real restaurant that proves you can eat a complete meal, cheese and dessert, real traditional cuisine for under 30 euros, including a small aperitif and a coffee. It's certainly something else compared to fast food and kebab shops. Thank you to this restaurateur, a breed that is becoming increasingly rare.
