The Pizzeria Café du Roi René is located at the top of Cours Mirabeau, just opposite the statue of King René in Aix-en-Provence. We were very satisfied with this brasserie offering quality cuisine in a pleasant setting. The Scallop Risotto and the Milanese Escalope were both very good. The welcome is pleasant, the service is well paced, considering the busyness of a Friday evening. The menu is varied and the prices are affordable. Very good option if you are looking for a good brasserie in the center of Aix-en-Provence.

The prices are reasonable. Just had a cappuccino and crepe with Nutella. I've had better crepes before but it was perfectly fine. I can't rate other dishes. What I think is very good is that there was a bottle of water with it.

After a very pleasant little café on the terrace, the desire to discover this restaurant for lunch. Pleasant setting, friendly staff, we had a great time!

Avons tellement adoré l'ambiance, le cadre et la gentillesse des serveurs que nous y sommes allés deux fois.La carte convient à tous les goûts.Les pizzas sont délicieuses,les assiettes de pâtes copieuses.Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Un bistrot ô combien sympathique!!! Des patrons au service, en passant par l'ambiance et les prix, tout est parfait. J'apprécie ma pause déjeuner depuis maintenant quelques années ! Les plats du jour sont variés ! Vraiment au top!

La Delicieuse Pizza

12/02/2024: The dishes are banal and lack flavor. The high point of disappointment lies in the desserts. The waffles, although a simple classic, were dry and tasteless. A real torture for the taste buds, which ultimately tarnished our culinary experience. The service is OK, but nothing more. The staff is smiling and available, but cannot compensate for the mediocrity of the cuisine.
20/01/2024: Free aperitif received by SMS. But on arrival change of owner and no aperitif offered. The pizzas are excellent. Worth the detour
