This place was a bit of a disappointment after having great service on Av. de la Motte-Picquet all week. One waiter was very rude, however one was very good. The croque madam was burnt in places and undercooked in other and the fries were very oily.
So much better than it has any right to be given the location! It's right in front of Gare du Nord and is very busy, but the food is really decent. Tasty, hearty food, generous portions and quick service. The lamb shank was excellent.
