We had an amazing staying at this hotel. The room had a private bathroom and a balcony facing the intersection, which was really cool. The room was very quiet and clean. The vicinity to the metro station makes the whole experience of exploring Paris much more enjoyable. The only issue that I can see is the lack of an elevator. If you are not strong, carrying a 23kg luggage up three ramps of stairs can be challenging.

Everything was perfect for the price! Excellent location, problem-free check-in, friendly staff. Room and private bathroom are really small, but perfect for sleeping. Surroundings full of better restaurants and bakeries. The catering unit directly below the hotel was also excellent in every way🙃

We stayed in a room with a private bathroom and it was great. The best part is the location, close to amenities like a bakery, convenience store, bus stop, and metro. We found the check-in process a bit complicated, as it wasn't until later, but we understand that it's a European custom. I would return.

The location is really great. It's right next to the metro station. There's a beautiful green park and a church next to the hotel. The hotel has its own restaurant underneath; you can eat, have breakfast, or have a drink there. There's a McDonald's directly opposite, and many shops nearby where you can get coffee, sandwiches, croissants, and other pastries. You definitely won't go hungry. There's also a small market right next to the hotel where you can get your daily necessities. The hotel was generally very quiet. During our stay, there was no noise from the rooms or corridors, which was a big plus for resting. The reception is open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM. If you're checking in after 10:30 PM, there are a few WhatsApp numbers on the door. You can make WhatsApp calls to these numbers, but you can't send messages. Therefore, if you're arriving late, learning simple French phrases like "We've arrived, could you please open the door?" beforehand will make things easier. When you call these numbers, an elderly woman comes from either inside the hotel or from the adjacent building to open the door. This person is also a cleaning staff member responsible for the rooms. When we arrived at the hotel, we first asked for help from the restaurant staff downstairs. There was a young woman there; although she didn't speak English, we managed to communicate somehow, and she called the elderly woman to open the door. Neither employee spoke English, so we used Google Translate to communicate. Despite this, they were extremely helpful. Upon arrival, you are given a piece of paper. This paper contains a separate door code for each day of your stay, the hotel's Wi-Fi code, and your room access code. When you leave the hotel, you press the button on the door to check out, and when you return, you enter the code for that day to open the door. Our room was spacious and warm. The heater was constantly on, and there was always hot water. We left the heater on in the mornings when we went out; this way, when we returned at night, the room was warm and there was hot water ready for showering. From what I understand, some rooms have shared toilets. However, the room we stayed in had a private toilet. Therefore, I recommend carefully reviewing the room types when making a reservation. Room doors open with a code, so there's no need to carry keys. Extra blankets are also provided in the room. During our stay, our room was cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and shampoo, shower gels, and toilet paper were replenished. At the end of our stay, when we asked the gentleman at reception if we could leave our suitcases at reception in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon, he gladly agreed and helped us. This was a very positive experience for us. THINGS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE FACILITY AND ROOM There is no elevator in the building. There is no hairdryer or iron in the room; therefore, it is advisable to bring your own hairdryer and iron. There is no minibar or refrigerator in the room. There is no safe in the room. Overall, considering the price-performance ratio for Paris, I can say that it offers a good accommodation experience.

Cheap, fair local hotel - fine value for money. Close to metro, baker, bar and local restaurants. Small but okay room and bed/shower. At this rate, I’ll come here again. Easy access with electronic codes

Brasserie Biron

04/04/2026: This place is only opened Saturday/Sunday/Monday (flea market days) from 8 to 8 (or 9 or 10 depending on the owner's mood) but it is worth a visit if you are around. It will die with its owners and most likely be taken over by a fast food joint or a soulless snack bar... It is SUPER old school! Wine by the glass is cheap and good. I have not sampled the food but saw it go out. It is meaty and they are not afraid of fat but punters seemed satisfied!
30/03/2026: It's hard to find a more authentic experience than Brasserie Biron, which has been in the same family for three generations. A friendly welcome and classic bistro fare. Significantly less crowded than the fast-food outlets inside the market.
