Cafe Hyperion sur Chessy

I really like this restaurant. It's self-service with ordering kiosks, and then you pick up your tray at the counter, which makes the service quite smooth even when it's busy. It's convenient and well-organized for a quick bite between rides. There are plenty of seats, which is a real plus, and you can even find some tables with power outlets nearby. The atmosphere is nice, a bit like a movie theater/theater with a small stage, which gives the place a unique feel. However, the spaces can get quite cramped when it's crowded, so it's not always the most comfortable during peak hours. As for the food, it's pretty standard fare: burgers, fries, simple but satisfying meals 🍔 Nothing exceptional, but it's good and does the job perfectly for a quick meal in the park. Frankly, it's a sure bet that I really like, especially for its convenience and its atmosphere which is a little different from the other fast food restaurants in the park.

Nice environment but quite expensive for the quality.

We had a pleasant time at the restaurant. It was very busy at lunchtime, which shows that the place is popular and perhaps explains the wait and the pace of service. The staff remained welcoming despite the crowd. Personally, I wasn't impressed with the burger. Tastes are very subjective, so it might have simply been a poor choice on my part, but I was expecting something a bit more flavorful. On the other hand, my girlfriend, who is gluten intolerant, chose the microwaveable gluten-free meatballs. They were good and allowed her to fully enjoy her meal without worry. It's always nice to see a restaurant offering solutions adapted to people with dietary restrictions. Overall, a positive experience, with a few points that could still be improved. We might come back to try other dishes.

You have to queue to order, to pay

Very limited menu choices, which is a shame. But the price is reasonable and it's about as good as McDonald's (though not amazing). Otherwise, the dining area is nice, and the staff are very friendly and professional.

Very slow. Had to queue for ages just to use an order machine and then wait for the food. Probably took about half an hour just to get 3 drinks and one portion of fries. The place was very busy. Food and drink was okay though and not too expensive.

We ordered burgers and fries for the kids at the self-service kiosk. It arrived quite quickly and everything tasted fine. Currently, they're offering the Grogu Burger with a blue macaron as a side dish. Depending on the time, you can watch shows while you eat.

I ordered via click and collect just 2 drinks and 4 nuggets... it took 20 minutes

A great option for a quick break at Disneyland Park. Café Hyperion is convenient, spacious, and ideal for a quick bite without wasting too much time between attractions. The decor, inspired by the steampunk/retro-futuristic world of Discoveryland, adds a real charm to the place. Fun fact: the restaurant takes its name from the Hyperion airship, a nod to the world imagined around Discoveryland and the spirit of the Jules Verne-style science fiction stories that inspired this area. In short: a convenient and well-themed option for a quick meal break in the park.
