Great bar, with a great location. I'm lowering the rating because everything is good except the price 😅 it quickly becomes expensive for two cocktails and a small snack.

Thank you so much! The staff are kind, helpful, and they're all beautiful :-) They really want you to have a good time. Special mention to Saskya! I had a delicious sea bream with preserved lemon, one of the best I've ever had. The accompanying rice is Mediterranean with a hint of spice that gives it an exotic touch. So thank you for this discovery; I'll be back often!

Such a cute restaurant, typical French restaurant vibe. It was super busy. Our food was ok the entrecote was overcooked (we asked for medium but it was well done) and the cut wasn't the best. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the beer 🍻.

28/08/2026: We had a wonderful evening. Our taste buds and ears were delighted! The dishes are typical Corsican cuisine, refined and made with carefully selected ingredients. The staff was lovely; the young waiter knew the menu perfectly and his service was impeccable. We chatted quite a bit with the owner, who is a charming man and very attentive to his customers. They paid particular attention to allergies and birthdays, which was much appreciated. I finally discovered one of my favorite wines, a natural Corsican wine, with an incredible palate: a superb discovery! Thank you so much for your talent and kindness. We will gladly return. I highly recommend this restaurant.
25/07/2026: A very good restaurant in Saint-Germain. The menu isn't too long, and it focuses on quality ingredients. Corsican inspiration is evident throughout, with daily specials based on market availability, and an impressive list of Corsican wines. We love eating on the terrace in the evenings during the summer. Our dog is also welcome in this pleasant restaurant. Reservations are recommended.

26/05/2026: We had a wonderful family holiday with our children. The welcome, the quality of the food, and the setting were truly outstanding. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a massage with Cristina: a truly relaxing experience. She is very attentive, gentle, and caring, and she was able to relieve my tension, allowing me to fully unwind. A big thank you to Cristina and the entire team at Maison du Val for this lovely stay.
20/05/2026: I booked a table at this establishment on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, for brunch with my wife (€55 per person). We were received in a very friendly and professional manner by the staff. The buffet was generous and varied (with unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). The buffet was of very high quality. The chef was very friendly and approachable. The only drawback was that there was a company seminar taking place, so we were seated in a small, intimate, and period-style room. However, we were in the passageway leading to the seminar room. We were disturbed by the constant coming and going, the loud music, and the speeches of the participants. At times, some seminar participants were using inappropriate language among themselves as they left the room. We were also unable to take advantage of the library and the dairy. The premises are historic and very charming. All of these factors spoiled our visit.
