Drinks spilled on the trays, not much fries or sauce, but the prices are somewhat reasonable. They don't put ice cubes in the drinks, the ice cubes aren't filled, they're tiny, they don't make any effort.

Overall, a good experience. One minor complaint, though: the apple slices in the children's menu weren't good. They seemed like they'd frozen. The manager replaced them without any problem.

The food meets the franchise's standards. The table service is efficient and friendly. The only downside was a wait of just over 20 minutes at 2:30 pm... However, the order status was clearly displayed. I recommend it.

27/06/2026: I've been a regular customer here for months, and I can say that the welcome is always warm and friendly, with a smile and politeness. The food is very good, not to mention the pastries—there's a wide selection, a real treat for the taste buds—and the viennoiseries are excellent. It's a warm and inviting place where you love to come and share a moment over breakfast, a meal with family, or with friends. Thank you to the staff, who are always pleasant, kind, and very professional. These days, it's not everywhere you find such a warm welcome and such kindness towards customers.

15/07/2026: The staff is very pleasant, with a special mention for the blonde waitress who was absolutely lovely. The bagels are very good, especially the Nordic salmon bagel, which I order every time. Overall, it's a nice place that I'll happily return to.
