Too bad your staff is so incompetent and unpleasant....3 boxes of 250g requested...2 in stock....negotiation with the saleswoman to get a third, I pay for the 3 items, I walk around 10 minutes while waiting for her to make it (it seemed quite an adventure because she had to take out the scales, weigh the chocolate and everything), I come back...and the ballotin not ready and the saleswoman chatting....for info I was the only customer when I ordered....the three boxes served...she asks me if I pay by credit card 😂 even though I had already paid before....staff too focused and concerned 😕. ... too bad the service is just as important as the quality of your products which no longer needs to be demonstrated.
