A restaurant that has remained in its original form and that is what gives it its charm. Generous and quality cuisine. We go there every time we come on vacation to Etoges to buy our champagne in the Michel Thomas house. Gilles and Odette are kind and adorable people. THANKS.

05/04/2024: Great, it's not my first time here and I'd love to come back.

05/04/2024: Very nice and charming hotel, staff is very friendly, the castle is beautiful as are the rooms. Gourmet dinner was very good. I would return!
