Café Rhubarbe sur Paris

I rediscovered filter coffee with a very mild and fruity taste. No need to add extra sugar to the drinks; it was perfect. The pastries aren't (too) sweet as one might be used to, which helps to appreciate the flavors.

I meant to review this café a couple of weeks ago! We tried Café Rhubarbe because we saw they did a flat white. Along with the best flat white we've had in France, the view and the service, it was a delightful experience and the owner was so friendly. What a pleasure and we miss his flat white already. I can't speak to the food because we didn't have any but it all looked wonderful.

Nestled on the banks of the Nive River, Café Rhubarbe is a charming café where you can enjoy truly excellent frappés, chai, and matcha coffees, accompanied by homemade sweet and savory pastries. Simply put, everything is beautiful and incredibly delicious! A veritable haven of sweetness, with attentive service, I love going there to meet a friend and chat over a pastry or to work on the terrace while enjoying a coffee with a view of the Nive. If you haven't been yet: Let's go!

A beautiful place with superb roastery coffee and a great machine to match. Thank you for the warm welcome. A must-visit coffee shop during the market. Milesker

Great place, the coffees are excellent and the staff are super friendly, I highly recommend it!

A lovely break from the Bayonne rain this morning ☕️ I enjoyed a selection of coffees accompanied by a delicious Mr. Txokolat chocolate cookie — a real treat for the taste buds. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, with tastefully curated decor featuring carefully selected vintage pieces. The manager is absolutely delightful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend it 1000%!

The drinks were very good, the view was beautiful, and the service was very friendly.

What a place! It's beautiful, delicious, and inviting! What more could you ask for for lunch, breakfast, an afternoon snack, or even just a coffee? All the ingredients are carefully selected, so the flavors are truly exceptional. Go there and go back again; you'll never be disappointed!

Delicious coffee, very friendly waiter.
