Fantastic restaurant. It's been ages since I've eaten so well. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The owner, waitress, and chef were all very professional and friendly. The food is delicious, the dishes are simply worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. In short, fresh, high-quality ingredients. The chef has a perfect mastery of cooking meat and fish. It's impossible not to return to this restaurant. My husband invited me for my birthday in April, and it was just as perfect as ever. I discovered that there's a €17 set menu during the week. The service, quality, and presentation of the dishes are identical to the €33 menu. Well done!

Special mention for the floating island: absolutely delicious, melt-in-your-mouth, and perfectly balanced—a real treat. You can tell this restaurant is also a vital part of village life, a place where people love to gather.
