Cafe Viktor sur Rouen

Happy hour: pints of white beer and Virgin Mojitos for 5 euros. Both were served ice cold, but there was a bit of a wait. The waiter was friendly; when I changed my mind, he cancelled my order without any trouble and with a smile. The setting near the park is pleasant, but the terrace was noisy because it was very crowded.

We had a really nice experience at this restaurant, actually it has a pub's vibe which is fun and cool. The team was excellent, mainly a guy who was our waiter, he was always doing absolutely everything at the salon. Congrats to him for keep the excellent service and organization all the time and even it been a match day.

I usually come here on Wednesday and/or Thursday evenings. The service is quick, with attentive waiters (shout-out to Julien). A great atmosphere is guaranteed! I recommend this bar.

I've been there and we had one of the best burgers of my life! We also received excellent service from Baptiste and the rest of the staff, making for a very good experience. I'LL BE BACK SOON!
