Hotel in a great location. Very welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed. The bedding is comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Kettle, coffee, and tea available in the room.

The room was quite small but typical of a Campanile hotel. The bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was outdated with a bathtub, which could be difficult to access. It's located in a commercial area.

While visiting for a wedding, we stayed at the Campanile for two nights. Despite our late arrival, someone was there to greet us with a smile. The staff was very friendly and service-minded, and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very nice!

A typical campagnile. Restaurant that does takeaway in the leclerc opposite. Pet friendly but no dogs allowed in the restaurant

Hairdryer broken, but apparently it's better to put a label on it than to replace it. Arriving around 6 p.m., we asked if it was possible to eat in the evening: no, it was full....and when we came around around 8 p.m., there were only 3 people at the table and apparently no cutlery set....a shame when you choose Campanile for this option.

This hotel really deserves a good refresh and it's a good thing, the renovation starts in October... It won't be luxurious, but the staff is really very kind.

30/01/2026: As a loyal customer of the restaurant in Saint-Doulchard, I can only observe its decline. Here, twice in less than a month... missing items in the takeaway bags... no sauces or very, very few... and when we ask for them, we practically have to give them a hard time. On the other hand, when dining in one afternoon, we got everything... several sauces without even asking and 15 napkins (I counted them) for one person. And tonight, four set menus (Best of, Maxi Best of, and desserts + extra fries) and five sauces were missing and zero napkins... zero apologies, and it's considered normal for the customer to ask for the sauces (which are normally included) and the napkins were forgotten... The food is still decent, but still... With children's menus starting at 4 euros and behavior like this, Burger King, which is less than three minutes old, will end up being financially better, and orders are always full.
24/01/2026: I was served by an employee named Ines who was very helpful, smiling, and also very kind. I highly recommend her.
