A rather old hotel. It lacks many features to be even remotely good, especially the accessible room. The sink is in poor condition and too high for a wheelchair user, and the mirror is fixed to the wall when an adjustable-angle mirror would suffice. The tile grout is dirty. There's no grab bar for the toilet, and what's there is poorly placed. The shower drains slowly. The bedding is poor quality and far too soft for transferring from a wheelchair. The coat hook grab bar is broken and therefore useless. And the lamps have no bulbs? On the plus side, the staff are friendly. I wouldn't recommend it, except as a last resort or if you have no other options.

The only good thing about this hotel was the meager breakfast. I booked the room for three nights and didn't get cleaned or clean towels once. The young lady at breakfast was the only friendly person I encountered there.

Excellent stay! Everything was perfect, from the room to the overall atmosphere. Special mention to the reception team, who were warm and very professional. I highly recommend it.

A truly magnificent hotel! I was just passing through Paris and I chose this beautiful, well-located, quiet establishment with lovely staff and clean rooms. I recommend it to all Belgians visiting Paris.
