03/05/2026: In a tastefully decorated space, the La Fabrique building evokes its industrial origins, but with functional elements and an efficient design.
The surprise culinary journey we embarked on was not only a delightful discovery but also a delight for the taste buds. Everything was composed with taste and precision.
A skillful blend of interwoven European and Asian flavors. And for good reason... But I'll let the Chef tell you about it.
Nothing is superfluous, nothing is out of place. Everything fits together deliciously with each bite.
If we hadn't had a view of the kitchen, we might have wondered if the preparations and plating were done with pipettes, beakers, and laboratory scales... A marvel of precision and impeccable presentation. All accomplished at record speed. The perfectly paced timing made for a successful evening. I'll conclude by commending the professionalism of the entire team and their unwavering kindness throughout the entire service. I won't be posting any photos of the place or the food intentionally, to leave the surprise for those planning to have lunch or dinner there.
I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates fine cuisine, whether French, European, or international. Bravo!

Friendly atmosphere.
The food was also great, except for the slightly expensive €5 extra charge for a hamburger.
But apart from that, it was excellent. I'll be back when I'm passing through again.
16/04/2026: We wanted to try their place, but once we'd ordered, the man told us we couldn't eat on the booths because they were reserved for plated meals. I'd ordered a plate, and my wife had a kebab.
As a result, I either had to eat alone on the booth, or my wife had to stay at the counter. An incomprehensible situation.
In the end, we didn't eat and we left. As they say, you can't judge a book by its cover: the place looked inviting, but the service was anything but. A shame.

My little sister was yelled at with absolutely no respect.
High prices for food that seems mass-produced.
This place is absolutely to be avoided. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

26/05/2026: €3.90 for a Pistachio Sundae… which isn't even served with the "normal" portion.
Just drive a little further, there's another McDonald's less than 5 minutes away.
24/05/2026: A very bad experience at this McDonald's, which I usually go to regularly.
There were five of us ordering, so it was a large order, and it takes time to list the menu items.
The employee interrupted me three times because I was taking too long to speak, and therefore served three cars before ours.
This is unacceptable, especially since I was being literally interrupted; it's not like I was wasting precious time. I was in the middle of announcing the menu, and the microphone cut out to serve the car next to mine! (Three times!!!) In response, I got a "I have to move the drive-thru forward," but if you took the time to finish my order, the drive-thru would move much faster!
To top it all off, there was an ice cream missing from the order.
We'll come back, but I hope the staff will be more pleasant.

29/04/2026: We were just passing through for one night before heading back home to the countryside, so we weren't expecting a luxury hotel. The place was a bit dated, except for the bedding, which was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was perfectly adequate, with both savory and sweet options.
24/04/2026: We returned at 10:00 PM and the room hadn't been cleaned. We didn't have any clean towels. The rooms are dirty and unsanitary, and the hotel is very run-down.
Furthermore, the receptionist told us we had to specify that we wanted the room cleaned, even though we had already put up the sign saying "Please clean the room."
Very disappointing, avoid this place.

30/08/2025: I was very well received by Michel and Bayron. I've been coming here for a while. The welcome is always great and the pizzas are delicious.
29/08/2025: Second order in a row paid remotely for delivery within the town… Upon arrival, the drinks are missing again! Of course, the staff can't do anything 🙃… no credit, no refund!

29/11/2024: Clients depuis de nombreuses années les 3 dernières fois où nous y sommes allés nous avons été très déçus. Les boulettes du couscous étaient encore surgelées - la semoule fade, le bouillon sans saveur on aurait dit que de l'eau avait été rajoutée car il y avait du monde le dimanche midi
11/09/2024: Very good time, I haven't been back for several years and it hasn't changed! the couscous is generous and tasty (even if too salty). Perfect service! I would have given 5 stars but it was really very salty, I will come back with pleasure!

08/06/2024: Salle un peu froide style cantine, il serait bien d’installer quelques tables rondes pour que les clients puissent parler plus facilement entre eux, difficile au delà de 8 sur une table rectangulaire.
Service impeccable et carte proposant nombreuses crêpes et galettes - dommage d’être obligé de rajouter 2 euros pour la salade d’accompagnement de la « galette dite complète »
Cidre correct mais verres non adaptés pour cette boisson.
Crêpes dessert et glaces trop chères, rectifiez les montants s’il vous plaît !
